New Year resolutions, to better care for our bodies is often one of
the first things we promise ourselves. During this session, we'll
hear from several experts about one of the things that helps you
look after your body best: consistency.
Strengthening your mind means taking the time to develop resiliency.
A strong mind doesn't mean that you are never overly challenged,
stressed or frazzled. Instead, it means that we are better
equipped to deal with these situations when they arise. During
this session, our experts will discuss what it means to train our
brains this New Year.
